At Magic Gift Trading FZ-LLC (Magicgift.ae), we care about your experience and take pride in delivering premium gifts, flowers, chocolates, cakes, and personalized hampers across the UAE. While we strive for perfection in every order, some products are customized or perishable, which affects return and refund eligibility.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Commitment to Quality
Every order is prepared, packed, and dispatched with attention to quality, presentation, and safety. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist within the limits outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund only in the following cases:

The product is damaged at the time of delivery

The item delivered is incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered
To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos or videos of the product and original packaging

A brief description of the issue
Note: An unboxing video is required if the product is damaged.
Once verified, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days.
3. Personalized Items

Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Perishable Items (Flowers, Cakes, Chocolates)

For hygiene and quality reasons, perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Delivery Issues & Re-Delivery
No refunds will be issued for delivery failures caused by:

Recipient unavailability

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Security, building access, or guard refusal

Phone unreachable at the time of delivery
In such cases, a re-delivery can be arranged with an additional delivery charge.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

Delays caused by recipient-related issues

Opened or partially used products
7. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
